All percentage rates apply to the VAT-inclusive total of the invoice, never to the VAT amount alone. On the PRIME 1.5 % VAT-Free rate we charge a minimum of 4.50 € per transaction.
PRIME clients are paid typically 2 to 8 weeks after validation, Basic after 6 months minimum. Delays are possible when a retailer is reluctant to repay. We keep chasing until you are reimbursed.
