Open the request in the Check Platform. The validated E-Certificate is attached as your legal basis.
Credit the VAT amount to the customer's invoice, referencing the E-Certificate number.
Transfer the VAT to us and we pass it on to your customer. You reclaim it on your next VAT return.

Embassies and Missions receive their invoices via Peppol through our accredited platform. If a Mission asks for a Peppol invoice, nothing changes in your process: you are paid VAT-Free instead of refunding later.
Your Merchant Portal follows each VAT-Free sale from registration to settlement and stores every E-Certificate for your accountant. Non-connected stores use the Check Platform for refund requests.
