Official Use has two rates under your Mission's Basic or PRIME contract: the E-Certificate rate for VAT-Free invoices and the C151 rate for refunds, per processed invoice. Peppol e-invoicing itself is free; Peppol invoices are processed at those same rates. We walk you through what applies to your Mission, without obligation.

For eligible military personnel, staff and members of international organisations who buy with Certificate 151. Two ways to receive your refund, without a yearly fee.

Fast VAT Refund2.95%of the total invoice amount, including VAT

We actively follow up with the retailer. Your refund is paid in the month we receive the VAT repayment from the retailer.

Basic Service0%no fee per invoice, no active follow-up

Your refund is paid six months after the month in which we receive the VAT repayment from the retailer. Retailers have two months to repay, so count on at least eight months in total.
