PRIME is more than a fast VAT-Refund. Partnered merchants give our diplomatic clients extra discounts on top of 0% VAT, and several times a year we open the doors for a private shopping day. Invitations arrive in the app.
PRIME costs the same 45 € yearly fee as Basic. You pay 1.5 % per VAT-Free transaction (min. 4.50 €) and 2.95 % per VAT-Refund, and you are paid the month the store repays.
