Reciprocity · New

Know exactly what is left.

The FPS Finance of Belgium sets reciprocity rules for each mission. The new page turns those rules into one block per category.

Amount leftA limit per period. It resets at the start of each new period.
Total allowanceA limit without reset. Once used, it is gone.
Not allowedThis category cannot be bought VAT-free.
ExpiredThe allowance was valid until a set date.
No limitKeep buying VAT-free in this category.
  • Each block shows the minimum invoice subtotal. Click a block to see the transactions that count towards it.

  • PDF files and photos, as many pages as the invoice has.
  • Official use: no invoice details to fill in before uploading anymore. It works the same as for Private use.
  • For a different invoice, simply upload again afterwards.

Changes that used to go through the Support Desk now take a few seconds in the portal.

  • Customer ID: copy it in one click for your e-mails to the Support Desk.
  • Address and contact language (English or French): edit and save.
  • Mobile number: confirmed with a 6-digit code sent by SMS to the new number.
  • Family members (Private use): add someone aged 18 or older with their own mobile number. A new card is created for them.
